10 best way to speed up your computer windows 7,8,10.

Today I am here with new topic how to speed up your slow computer. As everybody have a computer and after using many times our system goes to slow and its take much time for any task to do. So I am going to show you 10 thing through you can increase the performance of your computer.

1. Remove Viruses, Malware, Spyware, Adware, etc. 

What to do
If your computer Affected with viruses its performance automatically slow down. Viruses and malware decrease your computer execution seeped. These Viruses are very dangerous for your system program .You must remove theses Viruses and Malware before affected your system program.


How to do
  • Install antivirus software in your computer. There are many good antivirus software like   Avast, AVG, McAfee, Symantec,Norton etc.You can also download free version from internet with basic protection. After inhalation run the software in full scan mode, and It will remove all Viruses, Malware, thread from PC.
  • Also always run your PC with windows firewall in On Mode.

2. Remove all temporary files

What to do
What to do Regular use of PC the temporary files increase day by day.large volume of temporary files slow down your computer. It also occupied unnecessary space in PC.  So try to removed all temporary files.

How to do
Go to settings and type Disk Cleanup in the search box. Then click on 'Free up disk space by cleaning unnecessary files' or 'Disk Cleanup Desktop app' as the case may be.You will then come up with a box saying 'Disk Cleanup- Drive selection'. Select drive you want to delete the temporary files

3. Clean cache and cookies data.

What to do
Every time you visit a webpage, web browser stores or ‘caches’ it as a small file in your Temporary Internet Files folder. large volume of these files can Affect the performance of PC. So We have to remove this cache and cookies data regularly.


How to do
  • Open Chrome (Your default browser).
  • On your browser toolbar, Click More .
  • Tap History, and then tap Clear browsing data.
  • Under "Clear browsing data," select the check boxes for Cookies and site data and Cached images and files.
  • Click Clear browsing data.
  • It Remove all cache and cookies data from your computer.

4. Clean Up Junk Files and Programs

What to do
If your system have unnecessary junk files then must remove for better performance.Remove Unnecessary folder, images, icons, old video files, Media files

How to do
Use a free system cleaner like CCleaner to erase unnecessary junk files in the PC. CCleaner cleans up these files and makes it faster instantly.

5. Disable Startup Programs

What to do
The more software you install on your computer, the longer it may seem to take to start up Windows. Many programs add themselves in list of programs started when you boot your computer.

How to do
Open up Task Manager by right-clicking on the Taskbar, or using the CTRL + SHIFT + ESC shortcut key, clicking “More Details,” switching to the Startup tab, and then using the Disable button.

6. Uninstall Unused Programs 

What to do
As many programs install on your computer that you never use or don't need. Uninstalling these programs can free up hard disk space and speed up your computer.

How to do

  • Click on Start and Search the "Control Panel".
  • In Control Panel go to the "Programs" And Go to the "Programs and Features"
  • Select the program you no longer need and click on Remove/Uninstall:

7. Fix Windows System Errors

What to do
Many time stuff like Installing and uninstalling software, Windows updates, rebooting your computer during an update, forcing computer to shut down,other things can cause errors within the Windows system files. These errors prevent the a smooth running your computer.So you must avoid these System Errors as much possible.

How to do

  • Use "SFC /Scannow" to Repair Windows System Files
  • open Command Prompt as an administrator.
  • Once Command Prompt is open, type the following command and then press Enter.
  • sfc /scannow
  • System File Checker will now verify the integrity of every protected operating system file on your computer.
  • Restart your computer if sfc /scannow did actually repair any files.

8. Always defrag your hard drive

What to do
Disk defragmenter is best way to improve your computer performance. PC saves a large file to the hard drive, defragmenter breaks it into smaller pieces and stores them across several locations. As these files accumulate, the hard drive takes longer to access them.

How to do

  • Go to Start→Control Panel→System and Security. The Administrative Tools window appears.
  • Click Defragment Your Hard Drive. The Disk Defragmenter dialog box appears.
  • Click the Analyze Disk button. ...
  • When the analysis is complete, click the Defragment Disk button.

9. Adjust Visual Effects

What to do
Windows has various of stylish visual effects which turned on by default. These visual effects use the computer's resources and slow it down a little.We must disabled these Visual Effects.

How to do

  • Search for "Adjust visual" in the Windows 8 Start menu.
  • Click "Settings," then select "Adjust the appearance and performance of Windows" in the Settings area in the top left.
  • Select "adjust for best appearance" in the Performance options box that appears.
  • Click "Custom" if you want to choose particular options to have and particular ones to not have.
  • Check the boxes of the options you want, such as "Enable Peek," or "Slide open combo boxes."

10. Upgrade your Hardware

What to do
If the system have older version of hardware it will affect the all program performance and it goes to slow down. we have Upgrade the Hardware in our system.The most common hardware upgrade is memory (RAM),For a long running system the Processor Upgrades and Hard Drive Upgrades also a good option. It may also be necessary to replace your computer with a new one, as it becomes unfeasible to upgrade very old machines continuously or after several years.

How to do (Step for RAM Up gradation)

  • Power down the computer. Unplug the power cable. ...
  • Open the case. 
  • Remove existing RAM (if necessary).
  • Check how the RAM slots are laid out.
  • Install your RAM. 
  • Close up the computer. 
  • Boot up your operating system.
